Posting on the Forum

I was going to post some photos from the 2008 Heartland Spirit Festival, but it says I don't have permission to post there. Is the "Heartland Spirit Festival" forum a restricted forum, or is there something I am doing wrong?

The majority of the forums located here currently are locked for thread creation.

Meaning, that only committee heads related to that subject can begin a new thread in that forum, though anyone registered can post a reply.

Currently for community discussion it's suggested to utilize the yahoo group located here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kc-hsa/
